What you understand about trust?

Trust is defined as willingness to be vulnerable. Trust is gain through time...you can't buy trust and you can't asked for trust. Even though it takes years to build, it only take few seconds to lose it. Why? Trust it self is a very vulnerable. So much trust will hurt you. No trust also will make your life miserable. Hence, we need trust and should try to have a safe level of trust to avoid dissapointment. For me, trust is the most crucial in any relationship. My advice, before you trust someone, trust your heart first. Your heart will never lie to you and know when is the best time to stop trusting someone . . .

The teddy bear is crying

While browsing for new pictures... i came across this website. The picture really caught my attention as it represent how i'm feeling now... I'm not in the mmod of continuing my trip story now... just read this...below is the direct quotation from the website:

I never want to publically blame anyone...no one is to blame, but there are at times where people can make mistakes like this once in a while and they learn to how to correct them, otherwise, mistakes will be repeated over and over to a point where they'll never learn.

Macau and hong kong trip ...part 1

We are backkk!!! Thank god we finally back to our comfort zone...Trust me..nothing like Malaysia in this world. We really missed the food, the warm weather and everything... As for my teddy bear, he love the coldness of Macau and Hong Kong. For me, the cold weather make my flu worst. I can't even breath.

The first day we were there, it was sooo cold... the lowest temperature that week...9 Celcius. For a person who came from a nice tropical weather..that was really cold man! As many of us know, Macau is the heaven for gaemblers. There is no productions, factory or farm... You can see casino almost everywhere and it was full most of the time. The casino was sooo beautifully decorated inside and outside. First, we went to visit Sands casino... its not that nice as what i think..but it our first experiences entering a casino... Teddy bear wanted to try the slot machines but we did not how... hehehe. Below is the pictures of the casiono we visited.. on the left is the sands and the right side is the venetian ...

The best is still the Venetian casino. Unfortunately, i did not went to visit it becoz of my flu. Teddy bear visited the place and took a lot of beautiful pictures. Thanks to one of our friend, he give me a keychain from the casino. Teddy bear didn't but it for me. Maybe he's too busy taking pictures or worrying about me lying sick in the hotel. hehehhe. I wish its true...How ever, teddy bear is like an angel during this trip. He really patiences with his sick and unpredictable wife. Once again, I love you sooo much teddy bear.

We did not spend much time in Macau becoz we arrived at 3 pm and went to city tour. The next day, we already headed to Hong Kong by ferry. We had a great time in Hong Kong...so, wait for my next blog to know it.

Teddy bear new jacket . . .

LAst saturday, we went to do complete blood test for teddy bear . . he was so nervous until his blood pressure increased. hehehe . We will know the result in few days . . I really hope..everything is okay with him ..

Today, me and my teddy beddy went to our last minute shopping and teddy bear bought a nice brown camel jacket. He look good in that jacket ..trust me... not because he's my hubby. And i can see that he really like that jacket... for me..it always worth it to buy him a jacket...because he will used it maximised. Yeah, most the time he's in the server room. What make the jacket so special, it does match his previous bag and his shoes... the colour almost similar . . I cant find any pictures that look alike his jacket... please be satisfed with these pictures above. hehehe

Info for my teddy bear

Last Wednesday, we went to a clinic to check on teddy bears' toe. The doctor suggested that he got a Gout problem. How ever, teddy bear had to undergone a blood test for confirmation. With the opportunity arise, I had requested the docotr to do full blood test to teddy bear. To ensure he okay and healthy. So, as for tonite..teddy bear has to fast starting from 10 pm onwards.

This the the fast fact i got from the net about this sickness. I'm hoping that teddy bear did not had it.. just a speculation. If not, he got to forget all his favourite food in the future.

• Intense painful swelling in the feet (and especially the big toe) may indicate gout.
• Treatment options exist, but therapy should be individualized for each person.
• Avoiding alcohol and certain fish and meats helps prevent further gout attacks.

There are many reasons why an episode of gout will appear, including drinking too much alcohol or eating certain kinds of food rich in purines such as seafood, beans, sweetbreads, gravies and anchovies. Other potential triggers of gout include:

• Surgery
• Stress
• Crash diets
• Sudden, severe illness
• Chemotherapy
• Joint injury
• High blood pressure
• Excessive exercise.

Those highlighted in red is what i think the main cause of teddy bear illness. hehehehe
